Please read these Terms carefully.
By downloading, installing, or using MyEndo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Econik Lifestyle Inc.

MyEndo is NOT a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a treatment recommendation service. Nothing in MyEndo constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately. Do not rely on Stella or any feature of MyEndo in an emergency.

1. About MyEndo and Econik Lifestyle Inc.

MyEndo is a product developed and operated by Econik Lifestyle Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. The application helps individuals track symptoms related to endometriosis and related pelvic health conditions, identify patterns over time, and prepare structured information for healthcare appointments.

2. Eligibility — You Must Be 18 or Older

MyEndo is intended for adults only. To create an account and use MyEndo, you must:

MyEndo covers sensitive pelvic and reproductive health topics including endometriosis, pelvic pain, sexual health symptoms, and detailed medical history. We have set the minimum age at 18 to ensure users can independently consent to sharing sensitive health information and to receive age-appropriate medical context throughout the application.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If we discover that an account has been created by someone under 18, we will terminate that account and delete associated data promptly.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Free Trial

4.1 Free Trial
MyEndo offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged for the subscription plan you selected at signup. You will receive a reminder before your trial expires.

How pricing works in your local currency
Prices above are in US Dollars (USD), the base currency for MyEndo subscriptions. If you are subscribing from Canada or another country, the Apple App Store or Google Play Store will automatically display and charge you an equivalent price in your local currency. Local currency prices are set by Apple and Google based on their own pricing tier tables and are not controlled by Econik Lifestyle Inc. The price shown at checkout in your local currency is the price you will be charged. Local currency prices may change periodically when Apple or Google update their pricing tiers.

4.3 Platform Billing — Apple App Store and Google Play Only
All MyEndo subscriptions are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Econik Lifestyle Inc. does not directly process payments or store your payment card details. By subscribing, you agree to the payment terms of the platform through which you subscribe.

4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to MyEndo through the end of the paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time except as required by law.

4.5 Refunds
All refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are handled directly by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. Econik Lifestyle Inc. does not process refunds for platform subscriptions. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google directly through your device subscription settings.

5. Licence to Use MyEndo

Subject to these Terms, Econik Lifestyle Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use MyEndo on your personal device for personal non-commercial purposes. You may not:

All health data you enter into MyEndo belongs to you. You grant Econik Lifestyle Inc. a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the MyEndo service. This licence does not extend to commercial use, sale, or sharing of your data in identifiable form except as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. The quality of insights, pattern observations, and Doctor Summaries depends on the consistency and accuracy of your logs.

8. Stella AI Companion

8.1 What Stella Is
Stella is an AI companion powered by the Google Gemini API. Stella is not a licensed healthcare professional, therapist, psychologist, or medical advisor of any kind. Her responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation.

8.2 What Stella Cannot Do

8.3 Your Responsibility When Using Stella
By using Stella, you acknowledge that her outputs are not medical advice and must not be treated as such. You will not make medical decisions based solely on her responses. If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in MyEndo — including the application software, design, branding, the MyEndo name and logo, and the Stella character — is owned by Econik Lifestyle Inc. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

What this section means in plain language
We provide MyEndo as it is. We cannot make a legal promise that it will always work perfectly, never have bugs, or always be available. If the app crashes, has a technical issue, or behaves unexpectedly, we are not making a legal guarantee of a perfect product. This is standard language in virtually every app and protects both parties from unrealistic expectations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYENDO IS PROVIDED AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ECONIK LIFESTYLE INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MYENDO WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT STELLA’S RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE.

11. Limitation of Liability

What this section means in plain language
If something goes wrong and you want to make a legal claim against us, the most you can recover is what you paid us in the last 12 months, or 00 USD, whichever is more. We are not responsible for large indirect damages. This is critical for a health app where someone might claim an AI response influenced a health decision, and is standard across all major consumer apps.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ECONIK LIFESTYLE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF MYENDO SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) 00 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Econik Lifestyle Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of MyEndo, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You
You may stop using MyEndo and delete your account at any time. Subscription cancels at end of current billing period. Data deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

13.2 Termination by Econik Lifestyle
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, we are required to by law, or we believe your use poses a risk to other users or our systems.

13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your licence to use MyEndo ceases immediately. Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve informally by contacting support@myendo.io. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes proceed to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, except for emergency injunctive relief.

15. Changes to These Terms

Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
