Account & Data Deletion — MyEndo
You can delete your MyEndo account and all associated data at any time.
Delete from within the app (instant)
1. Open MyEndo and sign in.
2. Go to **Profile**.
3. Tap **Delete my data**.
4. Confirm **Delete everything**.
This permanently removes your symptom logs, chat history, and profile from
our servers (Supabase). It cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email (if you can't access the app)
Email **support@myendo.io** from the address linked to your account and ask us
to delete your account. We will verify and delete your data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Symptom logs
- Chat history with Stella
- Your profile and preferences
Important:
We do not retain a backup copy after deletion, except where required by law.
